Our luxurious demi-glace sauce. We use onions from Awaji Island and carefully selected ingredients to make our dishes with a lot of time and effort. The flour is carefully browned, the meat and vegetables are slowly simmered, and after they are thoroughly rested, they are filtered to avoid waste. The sauce that is completed through this process, which takes over 5 days, is delicious and memorable.
