The strongest development of crisp → fluffy → melty
I don't think there is any other restaurant where you can enjoy the texture in stages as much as here! ? It's a shame that the eel is no longer affordable, even though you can eat such amazing eel. .
.... However, if I were to eat eel only once a year, I would definitely choose this one◎But I don't want to eat eel once a year!
