Food Elegant, light and soft hitsumabushi is truly Nagoya's new specialty.
Our ``Hitsumabushi'' is not the usual mixture of finely chopped kabayaki, but a large amount of kabayaki on top of rice, which at first glance looks like eel. Soft in the mouth, with a refreshing taste. Please enjoy the eel that is so soft that it can be cut with a rice scoop.
